Recognized worldwide for his talent in portraying historical as well as contemporary subjects in his art, Jerry Crandall continues to create fascinating, colorful paintings in a realistic flair.
For over 35 years Crandall’s work has been celebrated in numerous articles, received multiple awards and has been widely accepted in museums and galleries. Over the years, Jerry has continued to accept numerous portrait commissions for various families as well as celebrity portraits including Robert Conrad, Charlton Heston to name a few.
Recently his focus has been on creating paintings and researching WW2 airplanes resulting in his publishing several books on the topic in addition to the multitude of paintings and prints.
As a natural extension to his interest with WW2 aviation, his attention has recently turned to Pinup and Lingerie style artwork, which has been eagerly and warmly received by the collecting community.
